In order to serve Clients more effectively, KTLO currently does not provide service on a walk-in basis. You are required to set an Appointment so that adequate time could be set aside to attend to you.
Setting an Appointment is fairly easy. The way to get started is to simply set an appointment using the on-line scheduler on this website. If you experience any difficulty doing so, please contact OnCall by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling (888) 687-9288 ext. 1. OnCall has a great support team who is always available to help.
Alternatively, you may call this Office at 289 674 3911 to communicate your need for an Appointment. If, at the time of your call, the Counselor is unavailable, please feel free to leave a message for a return call.
Some Clients might prefer to have their current service provider to submit a referral using KTLO’s Referral Form but this is not a requirement. When a referral has been received, you will be contacted within 48 hours to discuss your needs and to set an appointment.
If you are accessing this service as part of a Benefits Program (such as your Employee Assistance Program, Non-Insured Health Benefits, Workers Compensation, etc.), please contact the Office in order to set your Appointment in order to avoid being billed directly.
